While we don’t specialise in eyebrow rising and furrowing, we do believe voice and presentation coaching works in the same way; a small change can have a huge impact. Eyebrow Communication
Together, Sinead and Wil bring more than 40 years of combined experience across broadcasting, journalism, voice coaching and media training. They help individuals, leaders and organisations communicate with greater confidence- whatever platform they’re speaking on.
Voice Coach • Presenter • Communication Specialist
Sinead Carroll
Sinead has spent more than two decades helping people communicate under pressure. From live television broadcasts and breaking news to one-to-one coaching sessions and leadership workshops, her career has centred on helping people find confidence in their voice and communicate with clarity when it matters most.
In 2023, Sinead left her staff role as a BBC TV presenter and reporter to retrain in Voice Coaching at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Alongside her coaching work, she continues to work as a voiceover artist and broadcaster with Global Media, bringing current industry experience into every coaching session.
Whether working in theatres, rehearsal rooms, recording studios or boardrooms, Sinead’s coaching helps clients develop greater vocal confidence, strengthen their presence and communicate in a way that feels natural and authentic.
Sinead’s coaching combines practical techniques with an inclusive, supportive approach. She helps Eyebrow Communication clients discover that improving the way they communicate can be both transformative and genuinely enjoyable.

Wil Davies
Broadcaster • Media Trainer • Documentary Maker
Wil Davies is an internationally experienced broadcast journalist, documentary producer and media trainer whose work has taken him from global newsrooms to some of the world's most remote locations.
Wil brings resilience, insight and real-world broadcasting experience to Eyebrow Communication’s podcast and media training. His sessions are engaging, practical and enjoyable, combining realistic interview scenarios with expert guidance and practical tools that participants can use immediately.
Credits include Unreported World, Dispatches for Channel 4, Power and People for Al Jazeera, Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons for Emporium Productions/Neflix and a BBC special on Snow Leopards.
